St. Petersburg, Russia The Russian Studies program encourages students to study abroad in Russia and other post-Soviet countries. Washington University offers three programs:

  1. Summer, semester or year-long study in St. Petersburg, Russia under the auspices of the Council on International Educational Exchange (CIEE).

Students can also petition for an alternative study abroad program by filling out the WU Petition Packet.
